The guy in the kitchen has jewellery, is sat on the worktop sipping his cola can looking at his mobile. All of which doesn't justify the five star hygiene rating. Staff are friendly and you can tell the theme is laid back but creating a scene is different to being a laid back member of staff and it shows.
